Below are options that we offer for our HD and VES Series air conditioning systems. We get the question all the time , “why so many options?” The answer is because our products are used in so many different applications from Heavy Equipment to RV’s that it made sense to give the customer the freedom to choose what would be right for their application.

DT-04-B (Black)
DT-04-W (White)
Our new thermostat is app enabled (with a WiFi connection in vehicle) and is prewired for our system. The DT-04 has a heat function that can trigger a heating device if the device can be activated by a relay closure. The DT-04 is a beautiful plug and play solution for controlling most of our systems. Wifi option does not need to be activated for thermostat to work.

It has 1 stage cool and 2 stage heat as well as inputs for the optional outside and inside remote temperature sensors. The unit also can accept optional sensors for radiant floors. The DT-05 has a heat function that can trigger a heating device if the device can be activated by a relay closure.
Includes plug and play wire with connector and a variable speed blower knob that has to be panel mounted.Wifi option does not need to be activated for thermostat to work

DT-05-IS
Indoor Sensor for DT-05 series thermostat. Allows for remote sensing in another area and can be configured to be the only sensor the thermostat reacts to or can be averaged with the internal thermostat probe, great for applications with hot spots. Can be flush mounted and painted. Connect with 18 gauge dual conductor wire not included. CNC sticker should be removed prior to painting.
DT-05-OS
Outdoor Sensor for DT-05 series thermostat. Allows for remote sensing of outdoor temperatures and can be configured to display the outside temperature on the thermostat and can be painted. Connect with 18 gauge dual conductor wire not included. CNC sticker should be removed prior to painting.
DT-701-W
Our DT 701 thermostat is our basic thermostat that has large numbers and is backlit only when changing temperatures. This makes it perfect for sleeping areas for people sensitive to any light. The DT-701 is non Wifi and comes in white or black. Includes plug and play wire with connector and a variable speed blower knob that has to be panel mounted.
DT-701-B
Our DT 701 thermostat is our basic thermostat that has large numbers and is backlit only when changing temperatures. This makes it perfect for sleeping areas for people sensitive to any light. The DT-701 is non Wifi and comes in white or black. Includes plug and play wire with connector and a variable speed blower knob that has to be panel mounted.
Other options
Intake Air Return Plenum
This air intake return plenum is a great soltution if return air from the main area to be cooled can not return through the front. The front of this stainless plenum is fitted with qty. 2- 4” OD tubes to attach 4” flexible lines. Must be ordered at the time of your HD/MES order so it can be fitted and the cover modified (included in price of plenum).
HD/MES Extreme Condensation Tray
This tray is designed from thick 300 series stainless steel and is hand TIG welded. It is designed with the off road enthusiasts in mind. The tray has drain ports on all 4 corners to drain all of our a/c condensation out of the vehicle. Please note the unit has an internal condensation tray so this tray adds additional capacity and protection.
Optional Dual Fan Condenser
(included with 24 volt and 48 volt units)
Under vehicle mountable
Oversized condenser gives the option to run fans in series for quiet night time sleeping or wire in parallel for better efficiency in hotter climates. 48 volt units receive qty. 2- 24 volt fans wired in series to run on 48 volts DC, they cannot be wired in parallel and the series configuration runs them at full speed.
We have a diagram available if you would like to make a custom harness and use relays to switch from series to parallel.
Heavy duty powder-coated aluminum resists road salt corrosion with pressed in hardware to make fan replacement easy.
IP68 rated sealed motors
Under mount Condenser Rock / Debris Guard:
Our Rock Guard is a powder coated aluminum chassis with screen that helps protect the condenser fins from debris. Our new powder-coated back assembly that has threaded hardware pressed in to make fan changes a snap if you ever have to replace one. We also insert hardware for 2 different fan manufacturers to make sure that we have a fan for you in these times of shortages. Our failure rate of these fans even in extreme dirty/wet conditions has been almost nonexistent. The fans are automotive grade and sealed from the elements. Picture to right shows optional Stainless Steel Universal Mounting Brackets.
Stainless Steel Universal Condenser Mounting Brackets:
These mounting brackets are made of heavy Stainless Steel and include all stainless hardware. These brackets are universal and give you the ability to mount the condenser under, on top, or on the back of the vehicle. The brackets are completely adjustable.
