By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms:

**The warranty for Cruise N Comfort USA VES, HD, and MES products includes 2 years of parts coverage and 1 year of labor coverage starting from the original purchase date. This warranty is exclusively available to the original purchaser who is listed on the initial invoice or to the original customer purchasing from an authorized dealer or upfitter. Before shipping any products back to Cruise N Comfort USA for authorized repairs, a valid RMA number must be obtained. Please note that all shipping costs, applicable taxes and duties to and from Cruise N Comfort USA for such repairs are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Service

Email us with a description of problem and reason for return and include a copy of the original receipt . No item will be considered  for warranty work or repair without a valid RMA number. Items that are purchased online from a non authorized website or a non authorized reseller or distributor does not qualify for warranty work or repair.

Cruise N Comfort USA offers the following Returns Policy:

To receive warranty service please make sure you understand the requirements below and then email support@cruisencomfortusa.com for a RMA number. No item will be considered  for return without a valid RMA number printed on the outside of the return. Please read and understand the guidelines below before sending your return.

  •  Return Period

    Items may qualify for a return if the below requirements are met. 

    • All VES, HD and MES series systems are custom built to order and are non cancelable and non returnable.

    • 15 days from the date of sale for all non used electrical items (excludes all MES, HD and VES Series Air Conditioners units). All electrical items must be in new, unused condition with original box, accessories, manuals and packaging.

    • 30 days from the date of sale for all other non-electric products.

    • items that are returned and do not meet the above requirements for credit will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customers expense. If the customer does not arrange shipping or payment for shipping the product will be considered abandoned*



    Original Receipt and Valid RMA Number
    You must have a original reciept and a valid RMA Number when returning a product to us for return or repair. Customers must pay for all shipping, taxes, duties,and brokerage charges.  All products returned must be insured for the retail value of the product. Returns will be refused if a valid RMA number is not assigned and displayed on the box. Products will also be refused if the package is damaged and/or not in its original packaging.

    **Warranty Repairs Notice (Effective from March 20, 2024):**

    Cruise N Comfort USA's MES, VES, and HD Series main components—including thermostats, compressors, and evaporators—are covered under a 2-year parts and 1-year labor warranty. This warranty does not extend to hoses, refrigerant fittings, or seals and excludes coverage for refrigerants as well as the labor costs associated with recovering or charging units with oil or refrigerants.

    The labor warranty exclusively covers repairs conducted in our factory. It does not reimburse or cover the costs associated with the reinstallation or removal of components, or refilling of refrigerants. For warranty repairs, please contact support@cruisencomfortusa.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    The warranty will be void if the product has been tampered with, modified, incorrectly installed, or serviced by unauthorized personnel, including but not limited to the use of incorrect oils, sealants, or refrigerants. Additionally, if the product is abused or used in an unintended manner, the warranty will be considered void. In such cases, the customer may incur costs to return the product to operating condition. If no decision is made by the customer regarding the necessary repairs, the returned unit will be considered abandoned.

    Furthermore, Cruise N Comfort USA is released from any liability for damages or losses resulting from the failure of any part covered under this warranty. This includes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

    PRODUCTS WILL BE REFUSED IF YOUR ASSIGNED RMA NUMBER IS NOT DISPLAYED ON BOX.

    We electronically secure your information solely for the purpose of returns management, in accordance with state and federal laws regarding consumer privacy.

    Restocking Fee

    There is a 25% restocking fee for all products accepted for return.

    * Abandoned Returns

    Products returned under warranty that are abandoned, have outstanding repair charges, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address will be stored for a maximum of 60 days from the date the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) was issued, or from the last attempted delivery date, whichever is later. If no communication is received, or payment is made within this period, the products will be either recycled, resold, or disposed of.
