** The warranty for Cruise N Comfort USA VES,HD MES products is 2 year parts and 1 year labor from original purchase date from the  Cruise N Comfort website or a Cruise N Comfort Authorized Reseller or OEM. No products shall be shipped to Cruise N Comfort USA without a valid RMA number. Shipping to and from Cruise N Comfort USA for Authorized repairs is the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Service

Email us with a description of problem and reason for return and include a copy of the original receipt . No item will be considered  for warranty work or repair without a valid RMA number. Items that are purchased online from a non authorized website or a non authorized reseller or distributor does not qualify for warranty work or repair.

Cruise N Comfort USA offers the following Returns Policy:

To receive warranty service please make sure you understand the requirements below and then email michelle@cruisencomfortusa.com for a RMA number. No item will be considered  for return without a valid RMA number printed on the outside of the return. Please read and understand the guidelines below before sending your return.

  •  Return Period

    Items may qualify for a return if the below requirements are met. 

    • All VES, HD and MES series systems are custom built to order and are non cancelable and non returnable.

    • 15 days from the date of sale for all non used electrical items (excludes all MES, HD and VES Series Air Conditioners units). All electrical items must be in new, unused condition with original box, accessories, manuals and packaging.

    • 30 days from the date of sale for all other non-electric products.

    • items that are returned and do not meet the above requirements for credit will be rejected and returned to the customer at the customers expense. If the customer does not arrange shipping or payment for shipping the product will be considered abandoned*



    Original Receipt and Valid RMA Number
    You must have a original reciept and a valid RMA Number when returning a product to us for return or repair. Customers must pay for all shipping, taxes, duties,and brokerage charges.  All products returned must be insured for the retail value of the product. Returns will be refused if a valid RMA number is not assigned and displayed on the box. Products will also be refused if the package is damaged and/or not in its original packaging.

    Warranty Repairs:

    As of 3-20-2024 Cruise N Comfort USA MES, VES, and HD Series Products carry a 2 year parts and 1 year labor warranty.This warranty does not cover refrigerants or labor to recover or charge units with oil or refrigerants. The labor portion of our warranty is to cover the labor to repair a covered unit in our factory. Cruise N Comfort USA will not pay a 3rd party to replace parts. Please email michelle@cruisencomfortusa.com to receive a RMA number for warranty repairs. If the product has been tampered with, modified, installed incorrectly, serviced by unauthorized individuals not limiting to but  including adding incorrect oils or refrigerants the products warranty will be considered void and the product may be evaluated at the customers cost to return the product to operating condition. If no decision is made by the customer then the unit will be considered abandoned *.

    PRODUCTS WILL BE REFUSED IF YOUR ASSIGNED RMA NUMBER IS NOT DISPLAYED ON BOX.

    We electronically secure your information solely for the purpose of returns management, in accordance with state and federal laws regarding consumer privacy.

    Restocking Fee

    There is a 25% restocking fee for all products accepted for return.

    * Abandoned Returns

    For warranty repair will be stored for a maximum of 60 days from the date the RMA was issued after that date the product will be recycled, resold or destroyed.
